Weekly Mind Dump: Goodbye 2014

✪ It is New Year’s Eve, and I am ready to say, “Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015!” This past year was very interesting, and we are thankful for God’s abundant love and care for us!

✪ Thank you to our supporters for another great year. We had a great month this month in support, and it met many of the needs that we had. Thank you, we couldn’t be here without you!

✪ We had a great Christmas Friend Day at church this past Sunday. We had about 15 first-time visitors, and I was able to preach the gospel message. Pray that we will see fruit from this.

✪ Also, we enjoyed a great Christmas together as a family. It gets more fun every year as the kids get older and understand more about what is going on!

✪ I was doing really good on my reading goal for 2014, but it went haywire somewhere between our trip to the States and coming back and dealing with all the problems of the churches. I wanted to read a book a week, which would be 52, but only ended at about 34. Not sure what my goal will be for next year, I haven’t had time to think really.

✪ I have many goals that I want to see accomplished in 2015, but haven’t had the time to sit down and organize them just yet. I guess this is life. Maybe I will find time later this afternoon before we have people over to our New Year’s Eve party at the house.

✪ My wonderful wife just had a birthday! Happy Birthday! Thank you for being a great wife and mother to our children. You do so much, and I give you little credit! Thank you! I love you!

✪ 2015 will bring more laborers to mainland China, Lord willing. We are excited about seeing the team grow!

✪ We decided to switch insurances, because of the high cost, and go with Christian Health Care Ministries.

✪ Thank you for 2014 Lord, and to Your glory we go forward in 2015…
